Job summary

You will conduct tutoring sessions, assist staff, and serve as a liaison between faculty coordinators and tutoring teams, while contributing to program assessment through reporting and data analysis.

The Peer Tutor Lead may help with center operations during shifts without professional staff, and will complete advanced leadership training.

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or peer leadership is preferred.
• Interest in peer education, student success, and data-informed decision-making.
• Ability to document sessions and communicate feedback to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality peer tutoring to support learning and inclusion.
• Conduct sessions, walk-ins, and group study as needed.
• Submit shift summaries and maintain accurate records using WCOnline.
