Replications, Inc. seeks an After-School Group Leader in Brooklyn, NY for a part-time, hourly role. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00–6:00 pm, location 3117 Avenue W.
You will create a safe, structured environment, lead activities, provide homework help, and support students’ social-emotional development, reporting to the After-School Director. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience or a related degree with two years

The After-School Group Leader creates a safe, structured, and engaging environment for students during after-school programming and plays a critical role in upholding safety standards to maintain programming. This role plans and facilitates daily activities that support academic growth and social-emotional development, including homework assistance, recreational activities, arts and crafts, and other learning opportunities. Through mentorship, the Group Leader encourages confidence among participants while fostering a welcoming atmosphere, helping students build meaningful skills and relationships that contribute to their overall success. The After-School Group Leader contributes to overall program success, and responsibilities will evolve based on emerging needs, requiring a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. This role reports to the After-School Director.
