Job summary

Plaistow YMCA is seeking part-time After-School Time Group Leaders to support our dynamic program in Plaistow, NH. You will help create a safe, engaging environment for students and help run developmentally appropriate activities after school.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Morning and after-school shifts are available, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of prior experience in a school-age program is preferred.
• Evening/after-school schedules available with minimal morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for each child.
• Help implement fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Actively participate in daily program operations and build connections with youth.
