Job summary

Ingenium Schools is seeking a Part-time Extended Learning Program Leader in Compton to create and deliver enrichment activities for the after-school program. You will independently manage a safe, engaging environment and report to the ASP Manager while focusing on relationships, equity, transparency, and mutual respect.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, CPR/First Aid, and a commitment to supportive, student-centered learning in a charter school setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years experience and/or an Associate Degree in early childhood education and/or development.
• CPR and First Aid certification provided or required.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver enrichment activities to ASP participants following the schedule.
• Track student progress and engagement to ensure program success.
• Develop lesson plans and organize materials for enrichment activities.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized program spaces.
• Communicate with the ASP Manager and school staff regarding issues and updates.
