Job summary

Youth Alliance is seeking an After-School Program Leader in Gilroy, CA for a part-time hourly role. You will work under the Site Coordinator and Program Manager to deliver a culturally responsive enrichment program including language arts, math, and tutoring.

The position emphasizes engaging students through STEAM, arts, sports, and community circles, while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. Experience working with youth and a passion for education are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass the Instructional Aide Test.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the mission, vision, and core values of Youth Alliance.
• Plan, implement and participate in developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Direct students into safe activities and foster positive social behavior.
• Manage attendance and program evaluations; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Site Coordinator and staff for events and enrichment activities.
