Job summary

Ingenium Schools seeks an Extended Learning Program Leader to oversee after-school enrichment for students in Los Angeles. The role is part-time (21.5 hours/week, 11 months), reporting to the ASP Manager, with potential weekend, evening, and early-morning duties as needed.

You will create engaging activities, guide students through enrichment sessions, track progress, and ensure a safe, supportive environment aligned with the school’s values and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of experience in early childhood education and/or development.
• Associate Degree in early childhood education or development preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Ingenium Schools policies and procedures.
• Create and deliver enrichment activities to after-school students.
• Track student progress and engagement.
• Develop lesson plans and identify materials for enrichment activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and communicate with the ASP Manager.
• Provide academic assistance and recreational programming.
