Right At School in Edgewater, NJ is seeking an Educator to support before and after school programs for children up to 13 years old. You will organize activities, ensure safety, and foster a love of learning while engaging students in structured, enjoyable experiences.

The position emphasizes teamwork, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30AM–8:00AM and 2:30PM–6:00PM; state-required First Aid/CPR and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old.
• Able to lift 25lbs and assist active daily activities.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and well-being of children.
• Ability to inspire a love for learning and healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and progress with the team.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with curriculum.
• Lead structured daily fitness and educational activities.
• Model positive guidance and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and schools.
