Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review goals daily, share progress, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, attendance, incidents, and observations, following protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
