Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join its after-school program in New Jersey. You will lead daily activities, organize curriculum, and supervise children aged up to 12 in a safe, engaging environment from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience with children, strong customer service, and a passion for inspiring a love of learning. A High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more working with children under 13.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as required.
• Commitment to safe, engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Organize and facilitate engaging after-school activities.
• Maintain safe, nurturing environment and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with children, families and staff.
• Support safety protocols and attendance documentation.
