Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs in Pennsylvania. You will plan and guide daily activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and aligned with program goals.

A safe, nurturing environment is essential, with strong teamwork and clear communication with families and staff. The role offers part-time hours (split shifts) with typical mornings and afternoons, and a pay range of $15.00-$18.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific requirements for Pennsylvania.
• First Aid and CPR certification (in person) is required.
• Tuberculosis clearance is required.
• High school diploma or GED with related early childhood credits/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Ensure activities are educational and enjoyable for children of all ages.
• Model positive guidance and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents per protocol.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
