A community support organization in Maryland is seeking a Direct Care Worker to assist children and adolescents with disabilities in their after-school program. The successful candidate will support the implementation of individualized plans, facilitate learning, and document progress effectively. Qualifications

• Must have 100 hours of experience with students on the Autism Spectrum or cognitive delays.
• One year of experience working as an instructor in community or home settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children with physical and developmental disabilities.
• Implement Individual Plan/Treatment Plan through engaging activities.
• Document progress and manage behavior plans appropriately.
