The role involves after-school shifts, one-on-one care, and helping with social skills, daily living tasks, and behavior management.

You will work closely with the family to provide structure, redirection, and positive supports, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and smooth transitions between activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting individuals with autism and aggressive behaviors.
• Patient, positive, and dependable.
• Strong redirection and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to build a supportive, encouraging, and trusting relationship with the client.
• Passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed at home and in the community.

• Provide one-on-one support at home and in the community.
