Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• At least one year of adult supervision experience is preferred.
• Confidentiality is important; good attendance and punctuality are expected.
• Must be able to work well in a team and with students; strong communication is key.
• Ability to use basic technology and follow directions is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect fees and forms from parents.
• Maintain children’s files in MyClubHub.
• Assist with curriculum planning and staff schedules.
• Notify Cub Care Director of supplies.
• Schedule activities and events; ensure program meets children’s needs.
• Ensure policies are implemented; follow site requirements.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, students and others.
• Maintain program records on staff, children and finances.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly program agendas.
• Handle discipline with Cub Care Worker guidance.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; dress appropriately for school setting.
