Job summary

Charter Schools USA in Wellington, Florida is seeking a Before & After Care Worker to help maintain an orderly, safe and pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, on the playground and in other designated locations by supervising students during before and after school programs in accordance with CSUSA policy.

You will reflect a professional demeanor, provide excellent customer service to families, and support tutors and activities including snack distribution, playground supervision, and homework

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor preferred.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Reflect professional manner at all times and provide excellent customer service to families.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents with firm but friendly approach.
• Supervise students in the Before & After Care program.
• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care and After Care.
• Monitor and engage students on the playground and during activities.
• Assist with homework and tutoring as needed.
