Charter Schools USA is seeking a Before & After Care Worker to help maintain a safe, orderly, and pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground, and designated locations. You will supervise students during before- or after-school programs in line with CSUSA policy and school procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor preferred.
• Commitment to CSUSA values.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care.
• Follow proper sign-in and dismissal procedures for After Care.
• Monitor students.
• Distribute snacks and supervise playground.
• Tutor and assist students with homework.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents.
