Charter Schools USA in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Before & After Care Worker to maintain a safe, welcoming environment in the cafeteria, playground and other designated areas, supervising students during before- and after-school programs in line with CSUSA policy. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior daycare or camp experience, and a commitment to CSUSA values.

High school diploma or higher education credential.
Previous experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor, preferred.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Reflect a professional manner and provide excellent customer service to families and students.
Resolve conflicts with children and parents in a firm but friendly manner.
Follow proper sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care and After Care.
Monitor students and ensure safety in playground and common areas.
Observe who enters and leaves childcare areas and supervise snack time.
Support students with homework and engage them in age-appropriate activities.
