Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certifications due within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail oriented; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead before- and after-school and camp activities.
• Maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios and ensure safety.
• Supervise and train assigned staff and volunteers.
• Handle payroll-related tasks and necessary documentation.
• Develop partnerships with parents and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
