The City of Longview WA’s Parks & Recreation Department is seeking staff for the 2026-2027 Before & After School program on a part-time, seasonal basis. You will help lead activities for K-5th graders, escort children between activities, assist site leaders, monitor behavior, and provide feedback to families. Hours are 25-40 per week, Monday through Friday.

A pre-employment background check is required. This is an equal opportunity employer and a great chance to gain valuable youth program

Qualificações

• Knowledge of games, team building activities, and arts & crafts.
• Background check will be conducted as part of pre-employment process.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 20–30 children in K-5th grade through group activities.
• Escort children between activities and assist site leaders.
• Monitor behavior and provide feedback to parents and children.
• Motivate children and foster a positive program environment.
