WonderWay ABA Services in Newark, NJ is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and treatment centers, and help collect data on progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA at client sites.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinics and community settings.
• Record and monitor client data to measure progress and plan effectiveness.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by BCBA/LBA.
