Job summary

Noovo is seeking an After-Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV to manage service and warranty cases from initial inquiry to resolution. You will be the primary contact for vehicle owners, coordinating service requests, parts, and communications with technicians and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, after-sales support, warranty administration, or service coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple service cases and prioritize deadlines.
Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for owners submitting service requests and warranty claims.
Document service requests, assign priorities, and track through completion.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout resolution.
Coordinate repairs among customers, technicians, and service providers.
Manage warranty administration and eligibility reviews.
