Job summary

The Aftersales Service Manager will oversee a national service footprint that combines Las Vegas capabilities with a network of mobile technicians and certified repair partners.

This hands-on leadership role requires a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background, CAD modeling and prototyping skills, and a commitment to quality and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 3D modeling experience (1–3 years) with Solidworks/Onshape or comparable program.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D printing technologies.
• Understanding of tolerance stacking, assembly fitment, and automotive technology.
• Experience with documentation/graphics software (Slides/Indesign or similar).
• Knowledge of ASME and ISO standards.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings to support product development for Class B vans.
• Build and test prototypes, addressing issues during prototyping phase.
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Assembly teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate design concepts and results.
• Support manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure quality and design adherence.
• Maintain detailed records with drawings, specs and project docs.
• Utilize 3D printing to create jigs, fixtures, and templates.
