Job summary

Noovo in Las Vegas is seeking a Delivery Specialist to ensure an exceptional delivery experience from pre-delivery communication to handover and post-delivery follow-up, coordinating with Production, Service, and Sales.

You will prepare vehicles, conduct comprehensive delivery walk-throughs, handle documentation, and manage delivery schedules while embracing Noovo's premium brand and ambassador program.

Qualifications

• Strong customer communication and service mindset.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to manage several deliveries.
• Ability to follow structured processes with precision.
• Calm, professional and solution oriented with premium customers.
• Passion for outdoor or RV/van life.
• Valid driver’s license.
• You must be able to sit, stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in warehouse/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery communication with customers and preparation for delivery.
• Explain materials and videos; collect documents and final payment details.
• Lead full delivery walk-throughs (electrical, water, climate, safety, driving, accessories).
• Own the delivery checklist and report quality issues; coordinate with Production to correct items.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments with customers and internal teams.
• Support showroom tours and events when needed.
