Job summary

Noovo, a rapidly growing Class B campervan manufacturer, is seeking an Aftersales Service Manager to lead the national service footprint and customer-focused operations in Las Vegas. The role involves hands-on design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality service experiences for owners.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/industrial engineering background, strong CAD skills (Solidworks/Onshape), and experience with 3D printing and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 3D modeling experience with Solidworks/Onshape or similar software.
• Experience with AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for Class B van products.
• Build and test prototypes; identify and resolve issues during prototyping.
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to meet standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop solutions and improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate concepts and results.
• Support manufacturing and assembly; ensure quality and design adherence.
• Maintain traceability of drawings, specs, and project docs.
• Utilize 3D printing to create jigs, fixtures, templates.
