YFN in the United States is seeking a team member to manage product returns, repairs, and personalized orders. You will coordinate closely with factory and logistics teams to resolve issues and push for process improvements.

The ideal candidate is familiar with jewelry production and quality control, with experience using ERP or CRM systems, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.
