Tomilo is seeking a qualified after-sales service engineer to manage daily cases, coordinate equipment handover, repair, maintenance, and provide project technical support worldwide.

You will complete systematic pre-job training in China, master product procedures, and, after successful assessment, take a long-term overseas assignment to own end-to-end local after-sales service and customer relationships, communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Refrigeration or related fields.
• Hands-on after-sales service experience in relevant industries.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading & writing) for overseas communication.

Description du poste

• Manage daily after-sales cases. Coordinate and track equipment handover, repair, maintenance, project technical support and service marketing. Ensure full case closure and improve customer experience.
• Attend systematic pre-job training in China upon onboarding. Master product structure, commissioning procedures, repair techniques and maintenance specifications as well as internal business workflows.
• After passing training assessment, take long-term overseas assignment. Own end-to-end local after-sales service, technical support and customer relationship management in assigned region, and resolve customer equipment & service issues in a timely manner.
• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechatronics, Refrigeration or related fields with solid professional knowledge.
• Experience: Hands-on after-sales service experience in relevant industries, familiar with equipment repair, maintenance and commissioning processes.
• Language: Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading & writing), capable of independent customer communication overseas.
• Preferred: Hold US EDA visa / US work visa / US green card.
