Job summary

Sineng Electric in Texas is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide early-stage equipment installation guidance, conduct regular site visits, and troubleshoot simple faults quickly. You will manage spare parts inventory, collect product feedback, and participate in training opportunities.

Flexible work-from-home options are available, and travel to customer sites is expected to support project needs.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in electrical automation, power electronics or related fields.
• Experience maintaining inverter or related power products.
• Good customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment installation guidance in the early stage of projects.
• Regularly visit and inspect project sites.
• Handle simple faults quickly and effectively.
• Manage spare parts warehouse and check inventory for full supply.
• Collect and feedback product information.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
