Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Experience in quality engineering or after-sales support in manufacturing.
Strong root cause analysis using 8D, FMEA, SPC.
Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary customer interface for trade shipments from Mexico to the U.S.
Coordinate customer communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Support after-sales activities and facilitate smooth project follow-up
