• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary quality interface for assigned OEM customers (GM, Ford, Stellantis).
• Lead and support customer visits, audits, and reviews.
• Ensure timely communication of quality issues and improvements.
• Maintain relationships with OEM quality teams.
