Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience in quality engineering or after-sales support within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface for trade shipments from Mexico to the U.S.
• Coordinate customer communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support after-sales activities and facilitate smooth project follow-up
