Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) required.
• 5+ years of automotive quality engineering experience.
• Experience with OEM customers (GM, Ford, Stellantis) required.
• Strong customer-facing background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality liaison between Minth plants and OEM customers in NA.
• Lead and support customer visits, audits, and reviews.
• Drive 8D problem-solving, containment, root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Monitor customer scorecards (PPM, warranty, delivery) and drive improvements.
• Conduct regular plant quality visits and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma.
