Job summary

Genesis Motor America seeks a Manager, Genesis After-Sales to serve as the liaison between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores. You will analyze retailer operations, implement programs, and drive improvements in customer retention and parts/service profitability.

You’ll monitor performance, provide technical support, and coordinate training to ensure brand image and retailer success across districts, including travel. Extensive overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in automotive wholesale, with wholesale experience in automotive.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive dealer sales/service/parts operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores to improve retailer performance.
• Analyze retailer parts and service operations and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate objectives and work with retailers to progress toward goals.
• Provide technical support to verify vehicle operating issues and warranty repairs.
• Monitor retailer performance and adhere to the retailer agreement.
• Recommend operational improvements to maximize customer retention and profitability.
• Ensure training attendance and participation at regional/satellite classes.
• Resolve customer concerns and manage goodwill expenses as needed.
• Authorize discretionary spending for goodwill situations and support customer disputes.
