Hospice of The Red River Valley is seeking an After Hours RN in Fargo to care for hospice patients during non-business hours. You will triage calls, deliver skilled nursing interventions, and support families during end-of-life visits. A key focus is admissions on Saturdays and Sundays, with weekend shifts 8am–6pm.

Formación

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Preferred nursing experience with hospital, nursing home or homecare/hospice.
• Current RN licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (or willing to obtain dual licensure).

Position SummaryThe After Hours RN is responsible for the care of hospice patients during non-business hours including, but not limited to: triaging patient phone calls, providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient’s place of residents for evening and night after hours duty in accordance with the patient’s respective plan of care and based on need. Provide support and follow-through to the patient’s family during any actively dying and/or death visit for the hospice team. This particular position has a key focus on helping with hospice admissions on Saturday and Sundays.This position works every Saturday & Sunday 8am - 6 pm with applicable shift differentials. This position will be located in our Fargo office and serve the surrounding communities.Pay Range: Starting at $36.06/hour (based on experience) with additional shift differential.Benefits:We offer a robust benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
