HIA Health is seeking an After Hours LPN to provide hospice care for patients during non-business hours. You will triage calls, perform nursing interventions, and deliver supportive care in patients' homes or residence settings overnight.

You’ll work 5PM to 8AM on a PRN basis, based out of Detroit Lakes, MN, with potential placement in Fargo, ND. A competitive hourly rate and shift differential apply.

• LPN licensure required in ND and MN.

Job Details: Job Location: Detroit Lakes Office - Detroit Lakes, MN 56501, Position Type: Per Diem, Salary Range: $36.06 - $54.09 Hourly, Job Shift: Overnight, Position Summary

The After Hours LPN is responsible for the care of hospice patients during non-business hours including, but not limited to: triaging patient phone calls, providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient’s place of residents for evening and night after hours duty in accordance with the patient’s respective plan of care and based on need. Provide support and follow-through to the patient’s family during any actively dying and/or death visit for the hospice team.

This position works from 5PM to 8AM on a PRN basis. This position will be based out of our Detroit Lakes office but can also be located in the Fargo, ND area.

Pay Range: Starting at $25.20/hour (based on experience) with additional shift differential.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required

• Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota required (or willing to become dual licensures following employment offer)
