Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking an After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN to be available on weekends for Hospice triage calls and to visit patients at home as needed.

The position is part-time on-call, typically from 8:00am Saturday to 8:00am Monday, with a flat on-call stipend of 320 and hourly pay of 38.46–45.86 for time worked. Mileage reimbursement, sick time, scrubs allowance, 401K, and local ownership are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active MN RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience in last 5 years.
• CPR certification.
• One year hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Available to take calls for hospice triage and to make home visits as needed.
• Work independently in the field visiting patients at home.

We are looking for someone to be available to be on-call outside of normal business hours to take calls for our hospice department and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to our patients in their home setting.

Hours

This position is considered part-time and will be on-call, generally from 8:00am Saturday to 8:00am Monday.

A few Must-haves for this position

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of MN. License is active and in good standing.
• Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
• CPR Certification
• One (1) year of hospice experience preferred.
• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
