Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking an After Hours Operations Manager to lead daily operations, manage workload and escalations, and drive service levels across the night shift in the United States.

The role focuses on translating goals into team priorities, coaching a high-performing team with regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and building a culture of ownership and customer service while optimizing attendance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of operations, account management, logistics, or related experience.
• 1+ years of people-management experience and ability to work an After Hours schedule, including weekends and holidays.
