Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as highest-ranking on-site authority during after-hours and weekends.
• Offer clinical expertise and support to resolve patient care challenges.
• Make frequent rounds to assess resident conditions and care standards.
• Ensure secure medication rooms and carts; monitor supplies.
