Villa at Silverbell Estates seeks a Nurse Supervisor RN to lead nursing staff during after-hours, ensuring proper staffing, workflow, and quality patient care. This role acts as the highest on-site authority after-hours, making timely decisions and coordinating with departments to support residents.

The candidate will perform direct nursing care as needed, maintain care standards, and participate in staff development while complying with infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours; ensure staffing and workflow.
• Act as highest-ranking on-site authority after-hours and weekends.
• Provide clinical support in resolving patient care challenges and staffing changes.
• Develop and maintain care standards; perform routine rounds and shift handoffs.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized care areas; complete medical forms and reports.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and participate in resident care planning.
