Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as highest-ranking on-site authority during after-hours and weekends.
• Provide clinical expertise and support in resolving patient care challenges.
• Develop and maintain care standards.
• Take frequent rounds to assess resident/patient conditions and care.
• Perform administrative duties and charting as needed.
• Deliver direct nursing care when required and ensure quality outcomes.
