Corporate Traffic Logistics seeks a dedicated after-hours dispatcher to act as the primary contact for carriers and customers. You will monitor shipments, resolve delays, and communicate status updates to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers and customers, updating systems in real time, and maintaining accurate records. After training, remote work may be available; candidates should adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience within freight brokerage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Able to work after-hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Schedule: Wednesday–Friday 6pm–2am; Sat/Sun 12pm–8pm; remote schedule after training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
• Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes.
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate handoff of information.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.
