Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and dispatchers with updates, instructions, and scheduling.
• Coordinate loads, confirm pickups/deliveries, and provide real-time updates to brokers and shippers.
• Manage time by estimating load/unload times and avoiding overscheduling.
• Upload paperwork to the TMS and track detention, layover, TONU opportunities.
• Communicate status and changes to customers and brokers with a professional tone.
