Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times.
• Track ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerations.
• Help drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionally.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments and track loads.
• Verify BOLs, PODs, and ensure freight matches the bill.
• Upload paperwork into the TMS and track detention or TONU opportunities.
• Send check calls and status updates to brokers; maintain professional relationships.
