Responsibilities

• Manage daily freight execution and load tracking with attention to detail.
• Enter and update load data in the TMS; communicate with customers and carriers.
• Schedule pickups/deliveries and coordinate with drivers and carriers.
• Resolve issues with urgency and escalate when needed.
• Perform quality checks and document any discrepancies.
