CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Operations After Hours to lead operations for multiple accounts and drive financial and operational performance. This role will supervise fleet and dispatch managers, maintain key customer relationships, and coordinate with planning, safety, and maintenance teams.

The position is onsite in Erlanger, KY with Sunday–Thursday hours and occasional Saturdays for driver meetings. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven success managing transportation or logistics operations.
• Leadership: Lead distributed teams and customer accounts.
• Financial: Budgets, cost control, and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations remotely or from a centralized location, managing performance, safety, and profitability across assigned accounts.
• Supervise and develop fleet managers, dispatch managers, and support staff.
• Own the customer relationship, lead rate discussions, business reviews, and performance conversations.
• Manage account-level budgets, monitor cost drivers, and drive profitability.
