SERVPRO is hiring an After-Hours Intake Specialist in Kent, WA. This part-time role requires handling after-hours calls, coordinating emergency responses, and documenting losses with accuracy.

You will support mitigation teams, dispatch supervisors, and ensure timely communication with customers. Ideal candidates communicate well under pressure, maintain meticulous records, and coordinate across departments during off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming after-hours calls from homeowners, property owners, and existing customers.
• Gather essential information regarding new property damage losses and service requests.
• Identify the urgency and type of assistance needed.
• Communicate professionally and help customers understand next steps in the service process.
• Create and update customer and project files in WorkCentre.
• Prepare First Notice of Loss (FNOL) emails with relevant job information and dispatch details.
• Record customer information, loss details, reported damage, access directions, and service expectations.
• Schedule inspections for new projects and non-emergency service requests.
• Document existing customer concerns and route follow-up requests to the appropriate manager.
• Communicate critical job information to on-call personnel and escalate urgent matters.
