Georgia Hospice Care invites compassionate RNs to join our TEAM as After-Hours Hospice RNs. These salaried, full-time roles cover 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by our 24/7 RN triage team and local hospice staff.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families with empathy.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call hospice nursing care from 5pm Fri to 8am Mon.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate plans of care with families.
• Collaborate with the 24/7 triage department and local hospice team.
