Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a voice for patients and advocate for their care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and hospice care team.
• Cover on-call after hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
