Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to join our team in Vidalia, GA. This full-time, salaried position covers on-call hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by our 24/7 RN triage department and local hospice team.

You will advocate for patients, communicate with families and the care team, and help implement the plan of care to deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice care as the on-call RN after hours (Fri 5pm–Mon 8am).
• Advocate for patients and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Participate in the plan of care and ensure quality care for patients.
