Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an After-Hours Hospice Registered Nurse to join our compassionate TEAM. This salaried full-time role covers on-call hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, providing high-quality care and advocacy for our patients and families.

You will work with the patient, family, and the hospice team to ensure comfort and dignity in every interaction. We value work/life balance and professional development, offering a supportive leadership team and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 80-100 lbs and sit/stand/bend as needed; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate and coordinate plan of care with patient, family, and hospice team.
• Provide after-hours on-call nursing coverage from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
