Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call nursing care from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
• Coordinate with patient, family, and hospice care team to implement the plan of care.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure high-quality care.
• Document care activities and maintain up-to-date records.
