Job summary

ACG Hospice in Clemson, SC is seeking an experienced After-Hours Hospice RN to provide on-call nursing care from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. You’ll advocate for patients, coordinate with families and the hospice care team, and help deliver compassionate, quality care during off-hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours nursing care and patient advocacy per plan of care.
• Collaborate with hospice team and family to ensure quality care.
